Well Kiddos, it’s been quite a year. We’ve had ups and downs, broken hearts, and wild adventures. We’ve fallen in love, we’ve had lover’s spats, we dove off the deep end into pools unknown and have found ourselves floating.

While this year has certainly been challenging, it has also given us many gifts. It’s given us the chance to see into the most hidden parts of ourselves. This year asked us to take ownership of our own faults, to make changes in our ways of thinking and to break patterns we were so desperately trapped inside of. This year pushed us harder than we knew it would, in ways unexpected and surprising, and it has born fruit for us, that will sustain us for years to come.

So while things may look bleak in this gray winter don’t forget to take a moment and congratulate yourself for every single step you’ve taken this year to get where you are. You have done and incredible job, and you are still going.
